Chris Greacen works on technology and policy aspects of renewable energy –at both national and village levels. His policy work focuses on removing barriers to decentralized power. He also works with villagers to build and maintain micro-hydroelectric systems. He has a PhD from the Energy and Resources Group (ERG) at the UC Berkeley.

Chom Greacen is a public interest electricity sector analyst with a passion for leveraging improvements in transparency, accountability and public participation in the Thai energy sector. A recipient of the prestigious Thailand "King's Scholarship", she studied environmental engineering at Dartmouth College and has a MS from ERG at UC Berkeley.

Usanee Norhim is research analyst with an MS in environmental studies from National Institute Development Administration.
